Patti Overy was pretty upset when she heard there would be lay offs in the office where she worked in the city of Lathrop, CA. She actually wasn't losing her job, but two older co-workers were. Patti did what few would. She went in and volunteered to leave so the older workers wouldn't have to look for new jobs in their 60's.
